These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoryViewer.us (the "Service"), operated by StoryViewer.us ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

StoryViewer.us is a free online Instagram profile viewer that retrieves and displays publicly available information from public Instagram accounts. The Service allows users to view:

• Public profile information (username, full name, biography)
• Public follower and following counts
• Public post count and post grid thumbnails
• Public profile pictures

The Service displays only the same information that any person could view by visiting a public Instagram profile directly. We do not access, store, or display information from private accounts.

3. Permitted Use

You may use StoryViewer.us for lawful purposes only, including:

• Viewing publicly available Instagram profile information for personal use
• Research on public accounts for educational or journalistic purposes
• Verifying public profile statistics before business collaborations

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use StoryViewer.us to:

• Attempt to view, access, or bypass restrictions on private Instagram accounts
• Harvest, scrape, or bulk-collect Instagram user data through automated tools or bots
• Stalk, harass, or harm any individual based on information viewed through the Service
• Violate any applicable laws, including privacy laws, data protection regulations, or Instagram's Terms of Service
• Commercially resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The StoryViewer.us name, logo, design, and original code are the intellectual property of StoryViewer.us. Instagram, and all Instagram trademarks and content, are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc. StoryViewer.us is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram or Meta.

Public Instagram content retrieved through the Service belongs to the respective account holders under their agreements with Instagram.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available
• The data retrieved from Instagram will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components

Instagram may change its APIs or platform at any time, which may affect the availability or accuracy of information provided by StoryViewer.us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryViewer.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $10 USD.

8. Third-Party Services

StoryViewer.us retrieves publicly available data from Instagram, a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of Instagram's platform. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
