StoryViewer.us fully embraces the principles of the DMCA and complies with all statutory obligations governing online search utilities, caching proxies, and system storage providers.

2. Our Role & Content Architecture

To understand how copyright claims apply to StoryViewer.us, it is important to recognize our technical role:

To be legally effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your takedown notice must include all of the following elements:

6. Perjury & Accuracy Statement: A formal statement affirming: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

4. Response & Profile Block Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notice, our legal and compliance team will execute the following steps:

• Expedited Review: We investigate and process legitimate DMCA notices typically within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Blacklisting & Blocking: Because our service acts as a live proxy rather than a permanent host, our primary mechanism for takedowns is to permanently block and blacklist the specified Instagram username from being queried on StoryViewer.us. Once blacklisted, users searching for that handle will receive a notification that the profile is unavailable.
• Cache Invalidation: We instantly purge any temporary server-side cached previews, thumbnails, or metadata associated with the blacklisted username.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content you authored or control was restricted on StoryViewer.us as a result of an erroneous or mistaken DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a written Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3).

Your counter-notice must include:

Counter-notices should be sent directly to dmca@storyviewer.us. Upon receipt, we will forward the notice to the original complainant in compliance with DMCA guidelines.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), StoryViewer.us maintains and enforces a strict repeat infringer policy:

Any third-party profile or domain that is repeatedly subject to substantiated copyright takedown notices will be placed on our permanent restriction blacklist. In addition, users who repeatedly attempt to abuse our infrastructure to distribute or extract protected content in violation of our Terms of Service will have their IP addresses permanently blocked from accessing our instagram viewer online tool.
